Try it in the key of C, but starting at F on the word "alone", going to C on "since" , F on the second "alone" and to G7 on "heart". I think you could fancy it up — sounds to my mind's ear like it might take a Dmin or possibly a D9 when you repeat the above pattern for the second time around in each verse. Of course, while I'm posting this somebody had probably jumped in with the exact chords..... always happens. cheers, david |
