15 Feb 25 - 01:11 PM (#4217266) Subject: Origins: mediaeval mystery tour- jansch renbourn From: GUEST,Mike Butler ‘Mediaeval Mystery Tour’from Galleries by the Young Tradition is a suite for whistles, tambour and portative organ arranged by Dolly Collins. The credits are ‘anon anon Jansch Renbourne’ (sic). Clearly Dolly has arranged a Jansch/Renbourn composition and bundled it together with two traditional tunes, and equally clearly it is the last section of the suite. My question is: does anyone know the Jansch/Renbourn piece in question? I don't recognise it. Of course YT (Bellamy, Wood and Wood) lived underneath Jansch and Renbourn in Somali Road in Kilburn for a while, and may have had access to Jansch and Renbourn tunes no-one else heard.
