It feels like alpha wave dreaming is remembered in complete detail. Time feels stretched out like space inside the Tardis. |

It is very frustrating. When I suffered from sleep apnea I did not remember my dreams at all but now that has been cured I have some very weird ones! |

I used to have the looking for my car dreams that started after a night of excess in a DC bar, after weaving though the hilly streets of Rich Park we finally gave up and crashed on someone's front lawn. |

Once you are aware of the annoying or addictive loop you can counter it with your desired feedback loop that may be more positive or constructive. Its often easier said than done. |
