Has anyone listened to the Reith Lectures this year. They are very thought provoking.

I don't think they are available directly from the BBC oiutside the UK, but here are a couple of links where they can be found

I thought the BBC had switched off access outside the UK.

Here is a quote from the first lecture:

"If America resembles the fall of Rome, spectacular and vulgar, then Europe is
