Mick Haywood now sell ensconced in Whitby has a site created along with daughter Sally

A simple search for Mick Haywood miscellany should bring his reminiscences and songs to view

I find it fascinating

Looks a great archive.

I remember Mick as part of Coblers' Monday who used to run a session in the Friendship Rowing Club during Whitby Folk Club.

Not sure if they are still going?

Thank you for this Ray - it's a great website.
When I was a teenager, I heard Maddy Prior (with Tim Hart) singing The Horn of the Hunter and asked her where she got it from. She gave me Geoff Wood's address and he sent me a tape of his field recordings - including Squire Sands. Looking at Mick's website many decades later I've at last found out what all the place names are and how they're spelt!
