30 Jan 00 - 09:43 PM (#170726) Subject: Hello I'm Dr.Sound From: GUEST,Dr.Sound aka Barry Sager Hi I am new on the block My friend harpgirl directed me here into this little cafe. Actually this is my first time ever in any kind of place like this. I play music mostly I improvise. I play flutes Silver, Shakuhatchi and pan flutes . The pan flutes I make and sell. I also do workshops in building pan flutes. I have done this workshopwith children as young as 5 years old. The materials are pretty easy to get where I am from and the kids end up with an instrument that they can play music on. I have a website that gives an explanation of my programs. I believe I could teach how to do this workshop over the net.

Glad to meet you I may not know much about the flute, but I can tell you there are many knowledgable Mudcatters here. Lots of kind & friendly folks around here too. Why did you choose the name Dr. Sound? Would it be possible to post your website? I would be interested in seeing it. BB

Poor Catspaw, having lost his job when the circus side shows closed down, can be a bit out of sorts at times, even though he's medicated to the hilt. Rick |

30 Jan 00 - 11:12 PM (#170783) Subject: RE: Hello I'm Dr.Sound From: Amos However. 'Spaw, as he is known, has unique talents in the FLute and WHistle Industry, having some relationship to the digestive processes of the North American opossum. Therefore his place in history, if not in the sideshow, is assured, and he is retained by the Mudcat Board as a valuable and highly priced consultant on any matters relating tot his key technology. I believe you will enjoy him once you have mastered the interface which is a little raspy at first glance! Amos |
