How do you want them? Sheet music, midis, books to order, what? Have you tried just searching Jewish music, Klezmer, et?

Here are a few places for you to look which might be helpful:

Japanese Religious Music, has a clear & concise explanation of types and, I think it had a couple of links;

http://www.searchenginecolossus.com is a HUGE search engine with links to individual search engines in almost any country you can think of;

Japanese Folk Songs CD for 12.95 US;

and, heritage site on Shirakawa with a wav file of a trad. song with flute.

Another good search engine is www.metacrawler.com, as well as,

www.dogpile.com.

Hope this helps. I will post more as I come across them.

Try www.jewishmusic.com as a good source for Jewish Music. It links you to Tara Publications, which has all the books, tapes, cds, and links you need to get started. Of course, if you're looking for something specific but more obscure, just ask here...

Try Zemerl (click) the database of Jewish music. Also try http://www.jewish.com/ - their online radio station is sometimes interesting, although I don't think I care much for Hebrew pop music when they have that playing.

If you know Japanese (language), I may be able to show you some sites of Japanese folksongs.
