I got a fax from Martin Scorsese and Off Line Entertainment in NY requesting info. They are making a six part documentary about the blues. Please check around cause I would just love it if media folks got the idea that they can find answers here. Could be good press for us. Thanks. |

J.B.Lenoir was part of the Lipmann & Rau American Folk Blues Festival that toured Europe in 1966 (I believe). This show also featured Lightnin' Hopkins, Howlin' Wolf, John Lee Hooker and others. J.B. did one tune. That's the only footage I have located of J.B. over the years. |
