It is accepted that those dealing on the premises went to some lengths to prevent Ruth or John witnessing their activities; the crux of the prosecution case is that Ruth and John refused to pass on to the police their list of people they'd banned from the centre ON SUSPICION of dealing drugs. Exactly how this amounts to allowing the centre to be used for dealing is something only a British judge can answer . . So it's good music in a good cause! G. |
