I've been trying to ready my classroom for parents' evening, but there's been a succession of computer problems. So as I said "if anyone else calls me about the computer's, I shall scream," this burst forth from wherever such things burst forth from. Apologies to Lionel Bart.

I shall scream, I shall scream!
If I hear the word computer, I shall scream!
I don't care if they're not working,
For my classroom I am shirking,
If I don't put a display up,
I expect the head to play up,
I shall scream, I shall scream!
Though hard disks are failing like some awful dream,
I shall go and ply the stapler,
And those disks can wait 'till later,
I'll be putting the BluTak up,
And you really ought to back-up...

I don't know where it goes next.

Please observe the irony implicit in this posting. I'm now departing.
