Just thought I'd let you know my local folk-friendly station has a web presence. Sundays have a whole slew of shows. Real audio is here.

Well, Kendall, you missed the bluegrass show, the "folk" show and the "Celeidh" show (which is the one I try not to miss). My guess you tuned in for "world music." Personal preference - at the first hint of middle eastern bagpipes, I run like hell. Try earlier next week. The celeidh (oh, how the heck do you spell it?) show is on from 11 to 2 (maybe. it's close.), and other stuff is earlier.

I made a post yesterday announcing my favorite Folk show on warpradio.com call letters WFDU 89.1 Teaneck NJ. If you are out of the broadcast area try online. It's just great. Try it now they have a good show on-air,

The blues show just came on about 10 minutes ago, and it usually kicks ass. OK, I'll stop now...

The schedule is on their web page (which I just found) at http://www.wunh.unh.edu/. Click on "Program Guide" on the left side of the screen.

The Sunday schedule in Eastern Standard (Mudcat) time: 8-10: Bluegrass
10-12: Folk (note: very eclectic)
12-2: Ceili (my favorite - British, high trad content)
2-4: World Beat (music from lots of places where they don't speak English)
4-5: Bon Mot (spoken word - not folk, but you may like it.)
5-8: Blues
