16 Feb 00 - 10:42 AM (#179362) Subject: RE: Irish Musician Help From: Jon W. Go to Henrik Norbeck's ABC tunes page. ABC is better than MIDI (IMHO) for representing tune notation (MIDI is better for representing the performance nuances) and can be converted into standard music notation using shareware programs (ABC2Win for example) and also into tablature (Muse or TablEdit) for stringed instruments and probably tin whistle and recorder as well. |
