Help: Colonial arrangement Psalm 100

I'm blanking on the ending for this. I originaly learned it from a tape sold at Plimoth Plantations, and it is a late 1500's/early 1600's arrangment of Psalm 100. My tape got waterdamaged, so I can't check it out that way. Have the tune but can't remember the last couple of lines... except the last one ENDS with "age to age"

Shout to Jehovah all ye lands
Serve Ye Jehovah with gladness
Before Him come with singing mirth
Know that Jehovah He God is...

'Tis He that made us, not we
His flock and sheep of his feeding
Oh, With contrition enter Ye
His gatees, His courtyards with praising

...
...
...
...age to age

Sorcha, that link you posted to Music for the Church of God is some kind of wonderful. All sorts of old hymnals that have been converted into digital form. It's going to be a great place to explore.
