Keli, if you look in Forum Search (See the Quick Links section up above?), you can search the forum for HTML. In several of those previous threads, the information has been given.

There are also some Practice Threads, where you can try the instructions out.

If you're posting links at Mudcat, the quotation marks are optional. I prefer not to use them, because they complicate the task of making links. Simple is better, I think. Fewer misteaks.
