03 Jul 97 - 08:18 AM (#8005) Subject: You're Welcome to Query Me From: Bobby O'Brien Yesterday it was my good fortune to inherit a large collection of folk/country/bluegrass/gospel albums from a man who died in March. This now brings my collection of lps to over 20,000. If, at any time, anyone on Mudcat should like a recording researched for artist, author, label, etc, or content of such, do not hesitate to contact me. What good is having such a library if it cannot be shared with others who appreciate the preservation and promotion of traditional music? My e-mail is: kincasslagh@att.net "kincasslagh", by the way, is the name of my hometown in Ireland. I have been asked many times what it stood for. Dick, you're doing a fabulous job, along with the others. Any help I can give you will be my personal pleasure. |
