On one source, its accorded the authorship of everybody's favorite songwriter, TRADITIONAL. On another, its attributed to Alfonzo Esparza Oteo. It appears on two albums that I am aware of: 1. Tish Hinojosa's "Frontejas" released by Rounder Records in 1995. 2. Joan Baez's "Ring Them Bells" released on Guardian Records in 1995. Hinojosa's CD booklet provides lyrics in both Spanish and English. |
