Lyr/Chords Req: Hameless ?????

Hi Can anyone please help me I'm looking for a Scottish (?) song which I think is called Hameless (homeless!)> The opening line is something like 'With my hand on my heart and my heart in my mouth' CAn anyone please please help me???!!!???

That would probably be Hermless ("harmless" rather than "homeless"!) written by Michael Marra, and sometimes called Scotland's "secret national anthem".  I believe that I have it somewhere in a taped radio programme, and will see if I can transcribe it for you if nobody else does.

It's on a recent McCalman's CD called 'Honesty Poverty' (I think). I'd be surprised if Susanne doesn't have the lyrics. Regards, John

Thanks very much guys. I heard a guy in Dunkeld sing it last weekend and it was incredible. All I've got to do now is find it on mp3 to get it right. Thanks again everyone. much appreciated.
