Does anyone have the chords to One Last Cold Kiss. Written by Gail Collins and Felix Papalardi.

Performed by Mountain, but also by both Christy Moore and Luka Bloom.

I have the lyrics but if anyone can save me some sweat and post the chords I'd be very grateful.

I put the chords in front of the words they fall on
