As I recall one verse went - "Mama les p'tits bateaux qui vont sur l'eau, ont-ils des jambes? Mais oui ma p'tit chouxfleur, si ils n'ent avaient pas, ils ne marcheront pas". [Translation: Mama the little boats that go on the water do they have legs? But yes my little cabbage (affectionate term for a child, as in English people may say "my little pumpkin"), if they didn't have them, they couldn't walk (or go).] If you don't have the song itself, any ideas where I could look?
