28 Jun 00 - 05:09 PM (#248717) Subject: Mineral Springs Bluegrass Festival - CT From: Barbara Shaw For those who might be interested in the bluegrass festival at Mineral Springs Campground in Stafford Springs, CT and are using the Cuzin' Isaac guide: The event is THIS WEEKEND, June 30 thru July 2, 2000, rather than July 7-9 as it says in the guide! We hope the mistake doesn't keep the pickers away. . . This is a nice little campground and a friendly crowd. All the acts are regional and local, and there's lots of field picking. We'll be there. Info: (860)684-2993. (However, last weekend we said the same of both Sterling Park and Old Songs, and managed to amaze even ourselves by going to BOTH, about 300 miles apart! There's also a great festival in Burlington/Essex Junction Vermont this weekend).
