... which leads me to ask, why doesn't the Digital Tradition have a related links section?

I was in the midst of thread composition when your thread was posted, so I didn't read it until after I'd sent it. My question (implied in the Bud and Travis thread) and specific here to you is:

How do you do the fancy thing with the URLs in the thread so's you just click and there you are ???? I'd be eternally grateful.

It's a dark secret... if you type html tags into the text, they get left in.
