08 Jul 00 - 12:43 PM (#254115) Subject: Halls of Shambala From: GUEST,Jim Burk, jimb@wsconet.com Now I'm looking for a song, Shambala, or Shamballa, perhaps The Halls of Shambala. I know it was recorded by Three Dog Night, but there was an earlier version which I preferred, but don't have the name of the artist. Thanks in advance, and thanks very much for the help on Eres Tu. |

In the "search" box, put the song title, but be sure to change the dropdown menu so it looks for a song title. Searching under "shambala" and "shamballah," I found several CD's which had a song with that name, including some with samples of the recording. -Joe Offer (also sent by e-mail, but it's always better to stick around Mudcat for the discussion rather than hoping for e-mail) |

The song was also recorded by B.W. Stevenson -Joe Offer- |

08 Jul 00 - 02:09 PM (#254144) Subject: RE: Halls of Shambala From: Joe Offer Being an innocent and saintly (and dense) person, I never catch on to double entendres, but I notice that the brother has flowers in her eyes, and I'll bet that's a mistake. I copied the lyrics from Lyrics World (click). -Joe Offer- |
