15 Jul 00 - 11:05 AM (#258124) Subject: DIY Blues From: Roger in Sheffield Just sitting here listening to muttering in the next room where DIY plumbing is in progress. Everyonce in a while I am summoned to help. It was to be a quick job (now at 7 hours and counting)and I fear defeat is at hand. Anyone know any DIY related songs that I could learn as the hours pass by???? Roger |

15 Jul 00 - 11:29 AM (#258130) Subject: RE: DIY Blues From: Jacob B Who was it that wrote "Talking Home Improvement Blues"? He used to be a regular on Prairie Home Companion. He talked about walking around the house with a hammer holster on each hip, feeling like a sheriff in a Western town. All right, water heater, this house ain't big enough for the both of us All right, chimney, draw! Jacob |
