16 Jul 00 - 02:55 PM (#258709) Subject: RE: HELP W/HEARME, PLEASE! From: Jon Freeman Sorry if I am being stupid but Moonchild, what have you downloaded from CNET, IE or a Hearme Product and if it is a Hearme product, what do you want it for? If you are looking to join it with the Mudcat Hearme sessions, none of the Hearme products at CNET are required. The first time you enter a Hearme site such as the Mudcat Hearme, you will be prompted to accept a licence agreement and providing you accept, a small download for the neccessary pluugin will take place. As DaveO mentioned, some users have experienced problems using Netscape and have found that the only resolution has been to use IE for Hearme. Hearme are aware of this problem but can not offer a soultion to allow these users to use Netscape. Jon |
