Cat's in the Cradle by Harry Chapin... Last one I can't find much of. Maybe someone will have better luck, but the only "Jimmy Brown" that I can find is a variant on the million "Johnny be fair" songs, and another one by the name of Jimmy Brown, The Newsboy. "Cat's in the Cradle" I knew right off the bat, and got lucky with "Rainbow"... Good luck with the last. There's a gang of threads with "Jimmy Brown", but they all appear to be the two that I found.
