The show airs from 9-11:30 am (eastern) on CKUT, 90.3 FM, in Montreal and in RealAudio from the Folk Roots/Folk Branches website. Tom will be making his Montreal concert debut that night. You know how I feel about him as a songwriter and performer, but to have him be a decent, friendly person too was a bonus. Of course, when my daughter is standing next to me, a lot of guys seem to be willing to talk for a long time, but still.... Now if I could only get up the nerve to play the guitar again after seeing Andrew Hardin and realizing that he didn't do it all with mirrors after all... Peter. |

They previewed his album "A Man From God Knows Where", which was new at the time, and every song was a gem. I've had a concert a month since then and that was one the very best.
