I'm new to the area and I'd love to meet some players for some evening picking over beers. Suggestions??

Hi Charlie, there are a few of us catters that go to a singer's session on Wed. evenings. It starts 9:30 ? 9:45 & it's at Paddy Burke's on Portland St. (Portland St is right across from the new Fleet Center). What's your musical tastes, there's quite a bit that goes on, see threads pretaining to Boston in the forum there loaded with local info. Barry

Thanks Barry,

I'm big on Dylan but recently have been reaching back to Hank Williams, Woody G, Sonny Terry/Brownie McGee and other historic characters. Thanks for the info, I'll check it out!

Charlie; do come to the singers' sessiun, thought the bulk of what is done is "older" traditional music, no doubt your songs will be welcome!
