My wife and I put an offer in on a house yesterday and it was accepted!! After many years of renting, we finally will own our own!!! I've owned before but with the divorce and all, my ex and I agreed to an equitable split which left her with the house. Ever since I've been renting, I've since remarried, and we have wanted to buy for a while. So many of our friends kept buying and FINALLY it was our turn!! It has everything we need and want and it's in a great neighborhood. I want you ALL to come over for an open house sometime in November!!!!! You would do that for me, wouldn't ya???? Frank |

But whenever I think about buying, I think about the car I'd rather have first anyway, right now! And about your open house - my old linguistics professor had a party when she got her new one. The invitations read, come to our How Swarming party. I thought it was pretty funny...And someone else had a Bring Your Own Chair housewarming, as they had the party before they bought furniture to see what else they'd need! |

I think the rest of that blessing that Sinasull mentioned includes ashes and a broom. There is more than that too. Does anyone remember it all? I recently went to a friend's housewarming and took the traditional gifts competely forgetting that her allergies prevented her from enjoying either the bread or the wine. Ah well, live and learn.
