DougR is in Arizona. When you go there you might get in touch with him through a personal message and he can tell you about music that's going on in the Phoenix area.

Thanks for the info, but I"m looking specifically for New Mexico 'catters.

Welcome to the Mudcat. I don't believe I've seen you post before. (But then, I haven't been spending much time here lately.)

I'll just second what WyoWoman said, Guest Margmac, send me a personal message when you get to Arizona and I will recommend some spots for you to visit while you are here.

And WyoWoman, you're feeling pretty sure of yourself, aren't you? :>) Think positive, I always say! That's good!

Harold, where is Tularosa? I've heard the name but can't remember what part of the state it's located in.

Hey there, Biskit. Not off the end of the earth, but definitely been doing some physical rearranging lately. Moving, then moving again. Working hard, lurking a bit in the 'Cat, but not taking much time to visit.

Thanks for the welcome!

...if I'm not mistaken, margmac is in fact the well-known Vermont singer/storyteller Margaret MacArthur. If there are any folk clubs down there in the dust and heat, you oughtta get them to book her!

Hi, Misch. I won't be there at that time, but I would be interested in hearing about the Folksong Circle. If you become a member of Mudcat you can send details by personal message to me, or if you feel comfortable doing so, just let me know on this thread where you all meet.

Guest Margmac: If Willie-O is correct, and if you are coming to Arizona to perform, please let me know where? If you join the Mudcat, you could send me, and Biskit too, a personal message.
