JC's Tunefinder has two versions of Shutter's Hornpipe, which you might like to check out in case they're anything like what you're looking for. I have a copy of the version of The Sunshine which Mallinson prints, but he doesn't give sources, so I don't know which version it is; though it's in Enduring Irish Session Tunes, it sounds more Northumbrian than Irish to me. If you'd like a copy, let me know. I haven't been able to find the tune in the online O'Neill. Malcolm |
