Tech: What time is it? (Mudcat time)

Subject: What time is it?

The Mudcat clock is never right. It says that it's about half past 7 in the mrning but here in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England it is really almost 1pm, 12.59 to be exact. What time is it for other people in this crazy world we call Mudcat?

Ok, maybe it's nearly 8am, Mudcat time!

Firecat, Mudcat works on EST which is 5 hours behind us (I live in Llandudno, North Wales). I think your clock is a little fast as I only make it 12:57 now. Let's see how close that is to Mudcat it should say 7:57.

I think the Mudcat Clock is a couple of minutes slow. I set my PC clock via one of the atomic clocks before posting.

Firecat (and perhaps others), I don't know if this will be useful to you but I use a program called Dimension 4 that is free and you can download from http://www.accessone.com/~thinkman/dimension4/. To keep my PC clock's time right.

I just have it set to run at start up and it adjusts the time on the first occasion that I access the Internet and it then exits but it can also be used to keep synchronising the time at preset intervals.

Firecat, Guest thinks your all three of those people, and a man. It's somehow comforting to know the guests are more paranoid than the rest of us.

(It's good Guest hasn't yet figured out all of my alternate names! ;-)

I've just refreshed this and I still think I'm a girl, despite what the Guest says!

Yeah, I think he is cos I was having a joke with himabout me being a boy, and he immediatley said that if I was a boy, he'd have to be a girl!!!!!!

He should know my sense of humour by now because we've been together for 4 years and one week!

Lunch time here, breakfast time there. Lunchtime there, tea time here. Concert time there, bedtime here. That's how it works for me. Except when I have insonmia.

Assuming that here is UK, there is Mudcat land.

Amergin, when you sleep with three dogs you shouldn't take pot shots about bathing, not even at gypsies, especially not at gypsies. They can cast some mighty mean spells too. You might end up a SEX GODDESS instead of a SEX GOD.

I have enough difficulty remembering which year it has become - or was that which millennium - I can't quite recall!!!
Anyway - Einstein reckons that time is relative to space - if you have too many relatives round you won't have time to do anything, or any space to do it in - I think? Quack

20:07 according to my PC clock here in east coast Oz.

Mudcat evening radio there = Mudcat morning radio here, one day ahead. It was nice seeing the sky outside the M-radio studio darkening for evening at 10am here, on the first day I tuned in.

I enjoy being a girl, and it's autumn in New York, but it's also Miller time.
