It was sung by Johnny Cash, and it was a thanks giving song. i can remember some lines. the beginning was something like "we´ve come to this time in this season, when family and friends ...???? and then there was a chorus that ended always with "I´m thanking the Lord he made you". Who can tell me if somebody recorded this song(cause i couldn´t find a recording by Johnny Cash!)? can someone tell me the lyrics? Waiting for answer, Daniel |

If I were singing this song, I would change "the blue in your eyes" to "the love in your eyes." I have too many nieces with beautiful brown eyes to promulgate the theory that blue eyes are the ticket. (Folk process.) |
