11 Oct 00 - 04:59 PM (#316519) Subject: Augusta Heritage WV From: Dizzie I am going to Augusta Heritage Centre at Davis & Elkins College in Elkins WV from Oct 22 - 29. for their annual Old-Time Week. It is a week of learning and Jamming for fiddlers, Banjoists and Hammered Dulcimerists. Are there any Mudcatters going to this event. I won't be going, but I have been there for 4 Irish Weeks in the summers. BTW, there is a beer store within fairly comfortable walking distance from campus, although the return is ALL uphill. jeffp |

That is the hilliest campus I've seen as well! On top of that, they had me in the dorm hall (they claimed it was a faturnity house) that was out of the way of everything! It was the only one with air conditioning though. |
