I read an arcticle on Ike awhile back regarding Ike's views on the Military Industrial Complex too. Interesting also that he thought a good use for nuclear bombs, would be to use them to blast the St. Lawrence Seaway. Swords into plowshares. People are wonderful bundles of contradictions aren't they? But I agree he was probably the last sane President |
