Norma Waterson's beautiful all-traditional CD Bright Shiny Morning has just been released, and I've transcribed all the words of all the songs (except for a couple of words I need help with, such as some place names in The Flower of Sweet Strabane).

Hi Garry,
The Mourne river flows through Strabane and Lifford before it joins the sea at Lough Foyle, so I should think the missing words could be
Farewell bonny Lifford and to Mourne's sweet waterside
and
Sailing down Lough Foyle.

Although I know the song well, I've not heard this version or this verse.
