BS: More support requested

Subject: More support requested
From: Susan from California

Tomorrrow morning, my husband Keith is having more eye surgery. He had a cornea transplant last April. In June, several stiches broke, he had emergency surgery, and since then his eyesight has further deteriorated. He is having another surgery tomorrow, and I am asking those of you who say prayers to please include him, and those of you who think good thoughts to please do so. Thanks!

Susan

Make sure the first thing he sees after treatment is your beautiful face, and it will get him in focus far quicker than any medication mate. Make it so! Yours, Aye. Dave

Seems to be the season for it, a freind of mine had the same op last week, to try to stop any further deterioration of her remaining eye. Hers went well, hope yours does the same...

My real life papist and my re-enactor protestant are both offering our humble pleas to the Almighty for a successful surgery.

Keith came through the surgery with flying colors! Phew! Hopefully things will heal properly this time, and further surgery will not be needed. Thanks for the support guys (used in a non-gender specific manner). It helps to know that lots of folks in lots of places are in our corner!!!

Since i found this post late (love finding good news at the end of such a request!) will offer up prayers of healing. My Grandfather was one of the "guinea pigs" for this procedure...when he had it done, was quite crude indeed. Yet it revolutionized his life, and he had his sight until his death 20 years later. So, will imagine that your Kieth will do very well indeed.

It is encouraging to see prayers answered in such a positive and timely fashion; Thanks due to the wonders of modern medical technology, competent practitioners of the healing arts... but most of all, don't we know, to the Great Physician! "...By His stripes, we are healed." (Isaiah 53) Praise to Him for healing, and prayers from Maine to CA for continuing peace, comfort, and Light.
