Well, nearly time once more.

The place, Swinton, Manchester, UK

The time, Sat October 28 2000

The event, Concerts, Ceilidh, Craft Fair, Singaround, Irish Music Session, Kids Session, Storytelling, Street performances

The acts

Vin Garbutt, The High level ranters, Anthony John Clark, Phil Hare, Geoff Higginbottom, Jane and Amanda Threlfall, Taffy Thomas, The Orlyck Ukranian Dance Troupe, Tuup (Guyanan storyteller), John Snelson (Highland pipes and Irish music session), Tryptich (performing the childrens session - The Kings Wyvern), Elizabethan Jigs performed by period players and still more!!!

The Venues

White Lion 11am - 2pm, Folk Club Concert Elizabethan Suite 2:30-6:00 and 8:00-10:00 Main concerts Lancastrian Hall 12-5:00 Craft Fair, 8:00-Midnight, Ceilidh. Raleigh Bar - 2pm-11pm - Singaround Lancastrian Bar - 2pm - 6pm - Kids session Addisons Pub - noon - 6pm - Irish Session

Storytelling, Piping, Elizabethan Jigs performed in and around the halls and outside at various point in the day.

Phew....

How do we do it all for 8 quid? I'll never know!
