24 Oct 00 - 05:44 AM (#325935) Subject: French 'S]wonderful' song From: JTT I'm going crazy for months now looking for a recording of a French song with the chorus "S'wonderful, s'wondeful..." It's *not* the Gershwin "S'wonderful, s'marvellous" one. This is a different song, with a fast talky bit and then the great chorus. They keep using it on car ads - currently Toyota - on this side of the Atlantic, which is driving me even crazier. What is it? Please! |

Ted (inactive) I vaguely recollect hearing something like this--perhaps it is the Maurice Chevalier song-- Anyway, Toyota's Advertising Agency is Saatchi and Saatchi, Los Angeles, and if you go to the Toyota website, and enter "advertising" into their search engine, you can get as much information as you want about all of their ads, including who wrote and produced them--if you make a few calls, I'll bet that you could even find out what record they got it off of-- |
