Can anyone please help me with the chords to this song

I'm sure they are not necessarily hard but it's been so long since I heard the song, I can't quite remember the complete melody. The chords would be a great help.

Bugsy, they're not that hard..but they're not that easy either. From memory it shifts from (say) E minor to E majoe. I'll try over the weekend if someone hasn't volunteered prior. Regards, John

(These are the chords as published in Leon's book 'Bringing the News from Nowhere', however when I last saw and heard him perform this song he was using D minor shapes for the chords written as Em)
