Let me be a cherry -picker "Clark" is a reference to an AFB in the "Bagio Mountain" regions outside Manila, P.I. "Huks " are referring to the communist guerrila movement, the Hukbalahap (Filipino: Hukbong Bayan Laban sa mga Hapon), in the rural regions of the Phillipines.
