For getting the site back up, despite your feeling puirly and being backlogged with your *real* company's work.

Thanks to you, I've had my daily *guffaw*, hollered at Spaw and Lepus, learned the latest on friends among the floods in the UK, read some new lyrics, consulted the Mudcat seers about tomorrow's election, read a nice PM, and just generally had a pleasant *read*, once again.

The desert can be a scary place full of strange mirages, but all that is as so much sand, when I come to the Oasis of Mudcat.

yup, it takes the site being down to make it apparent just how much Mudcat and associated sites mean. I wish I could remmeber to say "Thanks" more often to Max, his "elves", Bert, Aine, Jon, Alan, Joe and the "Joe-clones" and anyone else I may have forgotten who maintain, edit etc. these sites. And To Dick, Susan (and Joe again!) for the Digital Tradition.

And to those such as Sorcha, John_in_Brisbane, Snuffy, Malcolm Douglas and eveyone else who has rallied around and help post tunes for those songs in the DT missing them. And to people like BruceO, Malcolm (again) Bob Bolton, Art Thieme, kendall for sharing their knowledge. I know I'm forgetting names here.
