From: richlmo This song is pretty far removed from folk, but I have been trying to find the lyrics and chords if possible to a song written by Leon Russell, " Bluebird". My brother had an old 8 track , bootleg truckstop type tape , the only place I have ever heard it. I loved it. Why do none of the old 60's and 70's lyric links have Leon on them? |

From: Matt_R Don, the ones one probably got were "Bluebird" from the 1984 album Secret Messages and "Bluebird Is Dead" from the 1974 album On The 3rd Day. Both are by Electric Light Orchestra and most definately not what rich is talking about....but they are great songs anyway! Fly away, bluebird fly away for me.... |
