BS: Mudcat Snog of the Week

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here in the sight of Max to yet again celebrate some of the wondrous characters that inhabit this curious den of iniquity called The Mudcat...see, we can be positive sometimes! This weeks snoggee's are ( in no particular order) Catrin and the Daves for ensuring that the good folk of Manchester never sleep easy in their beds again,....seems like I missed a 'right, good do' there.
And a very big and heartfelt snog, with extra hugs for Jon Freeman, not only for all his hard work in researching and setting up Paltalk.....but because he is one of the gentlest and kindest souls I have ever met and deserves it richly.

I'm going to paste this in every week until we get you foreign types speaking the Queens English!!*BG*
A snog is a kiss....a big, wet smacker, delivered with gusto and feeling and occasionally, an unasked-for side order of slobber.

*snicker* Niel doesn't know what a snog is!

should we let him stew in his juices for a while, or is someone actually gonna tell him?

Snogs to all but especially to Jon. Still can not believe that the man dared to ask ME if I was a wench! He is a brave man and a treasure.

Could we add a snog to Barry Finn for aiding and abetting the same kind of mayhem on this side of the Atlantic? And to his wonderful wife Justine and children Natalie and Gabe for their patience, kindness, and all-around good tolerance for us'ns?

Well I want to add my snogs to the list except that I have met Barry and he only gets a manly handshake from me. His lovely wife however can have the snog intended for her and Barry's snog too.

Oops, Naemanson - sorry your snogs were intercepted by Growler, the Finn dog and everybody's friend (expecially if they are standing near a plate of turkey, lamb, or beef.)

Here's snogs to the Daves - wish I could have been there, too, to the fine Finn family for the fantastic fiesta, and to Jon, who I suspect doesn't have a clue how much we appreciate him.

I'm all snogged out after the weekend... (eat yer heart out, Mortie!)

Nevertheless, more well-deserved snogs for Dave, Dave and Catrin; Jon and the Finns... and anyone else who wanted to be at either gathering but couldn't.

Phew!!

Sorry Jeri, but the dog's name is Brauer. The mistake is understandable considering how many of those bourbon balls you ate. How did you ever manage to drive home without a DUI conviction? *BG*

And what was on that ring cake? I had a slice of that and a few bourbon balls and could feel the buzz.

I imagine poor Brauer wore herself out on her endless patrls from the food tables to the plates in the living room to the people in the fireplace room and back to the kitchen. Good thing she's young and has lots of energy.
