Call me slow if you want to, but I had no idea you could find all that stuff available on the net. In a little over an hour I did most of my Christmas Shopping. I saved $40.00 in ferry fares, $15.00 in fuel, parking and waiting in line ups. I even found the weird and wonderful CD.s that my kids want. It's FABULOUS and it supports the Mudcat! If I need books, I try to always order them through my local independent brick-and-mortar bookshop, because I like having a bookshop in my tiny town, and want it to stay in business. If I need CD's I either get them from smaller online operators or from brick-and-mortar stores (large or small in this case not being an issue, because there ARE no CD retailers in my tiny town). I was wracking my brain for Camsco and Folk Legacy and the names simply wouldn't materialize. So I said "smaller " -- well, whatever I said.
