Someone nearly got this on the last one - "floccinaucinihilipilification".

"Fender-bender" (surprisingly, I've yet to see this used about Jimi Hendrix...)

"Chortle", since it's the only word from Jabberwocky to have made it into English, and it sounds good.

The re-engineered humbucking pickup called the "motherbucker".

And of course, the Midlands town of Towcester, pronounced "toaster".

Grab.

Did anyone mention "dilletante" yet?

I also think "rambunctious" sounds pretty funny, and so does "propinquity".

And then there's Sylvester Stallone's immortal remark...

YO!!! (for when you can't decide whether to say "yes" or "no", and "nes" would sound stupid...)

or AAAAAYYYDRIENNNNNN!!!!

Or "new" word for colors from the book "A Voyage to Arcturus": ulfire and jale.

Gardyloo. From Mrs. Byrne's Dictionary.

And what, pray tell, Kendall, does ragnaffle mean? I can't even find it in the Oxford English Dictionary.

"Axolotl". A fave of old Mad magazine writers. I seem to recall that "gardyloo" was "gardez-l'eau" (mind the chamber-pot emptying), like toodle-oo was "tout d'a l'heure". But I could be misremembering.

"Pealy-waley", and "avey-cavey", both of can which refer to being slightly unwell or "under-the weather". If you're feeling avey-cavey, you might well be told that you look a bit pealy-waley.
Of course a colour can also be pealy-waley.

There was an Olympic sailboat winner called "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious". That class of boat has a wide, flat beam end and owners like to paint long names around it. Speaking of Flying Dutchmen, how about "Van der Vecken"?

El Guapo: And are there many birthday gifts for me Jefe'?

Jefe': Oh jes,El Guapo many gifts!

El Guapo: Would you say there is a plethora of gifts,Jefe'?

Jefe':(looks puzzled,then recovers composure) Oh jes,El Guapo.There ees a plethora!

El Guapo: And can you define for me,Jefe',what ees a plethora? Because I would hate to theenk you would say there was a "plethora" eef you did not know what a "plethora" was.

(My favorite scene from The Three Amigos)
