19 Dec 00 - 09:03 AM (#359727) Subject: Wedding Announcement From: JedMarum It was 30 years ago today (Dec 19, 1970) my wife and I married in the big living room of her father's home. We were 18 years old. My younger brother played Greensleeves on the piano, one of my friends played Joni Mitchell's Circle Game and a modified version of Jackson Browne's Child Song. We had about 35 friends and family in attendence and enjoyed a fine meal following the ceremony. Some of those friends and family have gone, some remain close, and some have drifted - but our love remains strong; stronger. Our sons have grown moving in their own lives now. I count myself truly blessed. |
