i posted a thread looking for the lyric and what record a song entitled "imitation of the blues"might be on. i had a reply from rene suggesting that you may know this info and that a singer down dallas way does a version of this tune. i believe it was originally done by larry sparks. are you there? and do you know the answers to my ? thanx.

It'll be next week before I can get back to this thread with an answer. I've done some serious looking, but haven't come up with anything yet, and will have to wait until I can get with my friend that knows the song. Sorry I can't do any better - but this song is worth waiting for!
