BS: In The Movie Of Your Life...

Subject: In The Movie Of Your Life...
From: Clinton Hammond

.. who playes you?

I fear I'm stuck with Eric Stoltz... not many other male red-heads in the business around our age...

Who plays you?

heck, Clinton - Hair colour would be easy to change...

I want to be played by someone younger, better looking and who has a better voice. And change the script.

Somebody tall, half-bald, big tummy, full beard. I suppose the beard could be done in make-up. Who fits this description? I'm not very hip on current actors.

MMario & Troll

The whole point was to mention people who already resemble you, eiother physically or in mannerisms... Not to say which actors you like or not...

LOL!!

sorry Clinton - I guess I missed that part of the original post. All I saw was "who playes (sic) you?"

I think it would be much better if we didn't choose our own. We should choose for others.

John Cleese could play Spaw
Charlton Heston could play Troll
Whoopie Goldberg could play WYSIWYG
Robin Williams could play Art Theime
Angela Lansbury could play katlaughing

Brad Pitt could play Matt_R

Hey this is fun - your turn...

Bert.

There was never yet an uninteresting life. Such a thing is an impossibility. Inside of the dullest exterior there is a drama, a comedy, and a tragedy. - Mark Twain

Twain was not an actor, but there is so much about him that I see in myself. I think I would want him to play the part of me in such a movie.

No doubt about it, Clifton53 could star as Wilfred Brimley as well! Me, years ago Bud Cort would have been perfect, but I've aged far better than he. Don't know . . . Guess I'd have to play meself!

I got Whoopi Goldberg! Yes!!! Triplets! I win!! I got Whoopi!!! (Dang I love that Bert!!! Sneaky!!!)

Diveristy at Mudcat is on the rise!!! LOL!!! What, Bert, Whoopi the nun or Whoopi the psychic or Whoopi as Guinan or in The Color Purple? Or my luck, the maid in the Long Walk Home...

Hmmm, Sugar Dog already posted her stunt double, a link to a picture. Whoopi wouldda made a damn fine Sugar Dog. OK, Whoopi as Sugar Dog, but just her voice!!! cartoon!

Spaw, I think Karen just has a thing for Gene Hackman. She gets to play herself, right?

Bert = Lurch the Butler, because Barney Fife is out of the question and much too short for me to smack around.

If Alec Guiness was still around, and miraculously 26 then he'd be great for the part but he'd probably take one look at the script and turn it down.

my daughters would probably say Dame Maggie Smith, as in the Pride of Miss Jean Brodie, my husband thinks Helen Mirren, but I would probably have to dig up some obscure English character actress, because there aren't any Hollywood types that resemble me. Although I did have "lots and lots of curly hair" like Burnadette Peters at one time, but there the resemblance ends.

Are we supposed to choose young ones and try to use special FX to age them or vice versa?
