When they were part of "The Good Old Persons" playing at the Freight and Salvage club in Berkeley, California. They wrote a great song with Paul Shelasky and put it on their first album " The Good Old Persons", probably on Bay Records. Does anyone know the lyrics to " Rutabaga Boogie"? Their version is by an R. Smith (probably bass guitarist Bob Smith, if I had to guess). See the release here and some discussion about the band here. |
