Help: Where to buy music

Now that Amazon is entrenched in anti-union carry-on, I won't be buying there until unions are recognised; a friend who cancelled her account because it was non-union had a series of letters from the kafkaesquely-named Michael H, ending

"Thanks again for your opinions regarding unions.

"Please let us know if we can assist you in the future."

So there's CD-Now. Where else can I find a really good selection of CDs?

JTT.....I buy from Tower records online...found real bargains and hard to find stuff.

towerrecords.co.uk

Don't know about their union policies though.

I was in the Chapters store in the Oshawa Centre. It had the best Blues section I've ever seen. Bought a double Blind Willie McTell CD, but I wish I'd had about $2,000 to spend on CD's. I could have easily spent it there.

They are also online at www.chapters.ca

Of course, there are the Links at Mudcat too, Mudcat is supported if you purchase through them.

If you're looking for folk, why not try our own Dick Greenhaus and Camsco Records? Or go ahead and check here at the 'Cat under "Shop and Auction." At least for the folkie parts of your shopping, you could support the 'Cat at the same time, ya' know?
